Guarantee

We have worked hard to design our products in such a way that they will be loved for generations to come. We are proud to work with UK manufacturers and to use quality, highly durable materials. Our enamelled cast iron cookware is therefore guaranteed from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the original owner, whether a self purchase or received as a gift.

Our guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in line with our care guide instructions. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or misuse of the product.

To claim under this guarantee, you will need to show proof of purchase and return your cookware to us. Please email us at hello@sebrightgoods.com with your proof of purchase and details (with photos) of the defects. We will then arrange for collection of your item.

Where possible, we will always try to repair defective cookware. If this is not an option, we will replace it free of charge. Please note that in the case of a set, only the faulty item will be replaced.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
